Terms and Conditions

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details at registration. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.

CareerKore helps frontline professionals in the lending and financial-services sector learn, practise and get discovered by employers. Registration and browsing, including job listings, are free. Paid features include AI Tutor modules, AI Coach sessions, and the associated knowledge-test and score certificates.

• Charges are listed in the Schedule of Charges below and shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. CareerKore does not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Coupon codes and CK Coins discounts apply only as stated at checkout. They have no cash value and cannot be combined unless the offer says so.
• A GST tax invoice is available after payment. To have your business GSTIN on the invoice, enter it at checkout before paying. Invoices cannot be re-issued with a different GSTIN once generated.

Our products are digital and are made available as soon as payment succeeds. Therefore:

• Fees are non-refundable once a module or session has been unlocked or used.
• If you were charged but the product was not delivered, or you were charged twice, write to us within 7 days. We will fix it or refund the amount to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

CK Coins are rewards for completing activities on the Platform. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and can be redeemed only as described in the app. We may change or withdraw the programme with reasonable notice. Coins may expire if the account is inactive.

Certificates confirm completion of a module or session and the score achieved on CareerKore. They are not an employment offer, licence or regulatory qualification. AI Tutor and AI Coach outputs are for learning and practice and do not constitute legal, financial or professional advice. Results may vary between sessions.

Job listings are provided by employers. CareerKore does not guarantee any interview, offer or employment, and is not a party to any hiring decision or employment contract.

Do not misuse the Platform. That includes sharing or reselling your account or paid content, submitting false information, copying or scraping content, attempting to bypass payment, or interfering with the Platform’s security. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

All Platform content, including learning material, AI Tutor and AI Coach content, logos and the CareerKore name, belongs to CareerKore or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning.

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, CareerKore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. The latest version on this page applies, and continued use after an update means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
