When raising a grievance, please include:

2. A clear description of the issue (e.g., payment failure, profile glitch, data privacy query).
3. Supporting screenshots or transaction reference numbers (if applicable).

• Refunds: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days (see Terms and Conditions, Clause 4).

If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction through the Grievance Officer within the statutory timelines, you may seek further legal remedies available under the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
